Return Window:
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Eligible Items:
- Most fishing rods, reels, lures, tackle, apparel, and accessories are eligible for return.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or custom orders (e.g., personalized rods or engraved items) are non-returnable.
- Used, damaged, or altered items (e.g., rods with signs of use or tackle missing components) are not eligible for return.
- Live bait is non-returnable under any circumstances.
Return Process:
- In-Store Returns: Bring your item and proof of purchase to Guide's Choice Pro Shop at 4315 E Wall St., Eagle River, WI 54521. Our team will process your return.
- Online Purchases: Contact us at store@guideschoiceproshop.com or 715-477-2248 within 30 days to initiate a return. We'll provide a return shipping label. Items must be shipped back in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement, at your choice.
Exchanges:
- We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size, color, or product of equal value, subject to availability. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements as returns.
- For online exchanges, contact us to arrange the process.
Special Considerations:
- Fishing electronics (e.g., fish finders) must be unopened and in original packaging to be eligible for return, due to their sensitive nature.
- Live bait and perishable items (e.g., biodegradable lures) are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Clearance items may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% if returned.
Warranty Claims:
- Some of our products come with manufacturer warranties. If you suspect your item needs warranty service, contact us, and we’ll assist with contacting the manufacturer for warranty repair.
