Pro Tip

Keep your rod tip low! When targeting fall muskies tucked tight into shallow, thick cover, submerge your rod tip directly into the water while executing a slow, steady reel. This keeps the Hot Dog Slapper running consistently just underneath the surface, preventing the blade from breaking water and keeping your lure in the strike zone longer.
