Cougar Baits Ruckus Deer Hair Musky Chatterbait: High-Decibel Hair & Flash

When typical lures fail to draw out lazy monsters, it is time to stir up commotion with Cougar Baits The Ruckus Musky Hair Chatterbait. Purpose-built to endure the grueling demands of trophy musky hunting, this heavy-duty chatterbait generates intense low-end vibration, auditory clack, and natural underwater action that dominates weed edges and mid-depth flats.

Unlike standard tinsel lures, the Ruckus features a natural hair skirt blended with selective strands of shimmering tinsel. This hybrid build delivers a full, lifelike profile that stays soft and pulsating in the water while adding just enough flash to trigger reaction strikes in stained or clear conditions.

Acoustic & Kinetic Superiority

• Acoustic Blade & Chamber System: Equipped with a custom powder-coated blade that generates heavy-vibration chatter. An integrated acoustic barrel chamber packed with high-pitch rattles creates an auditory "clack" on every pulse.

• Natural Hair & Flash Skirt: Constructed primarily with premium hair for natural movement and subtle volume, accented with targeted tinsel strands to catch stray light without over-flashing.

• Heavyweight Head & Hardware: Poured around a heavy 1.5 oz powder-coated jig head, allowing the lure to track straight, hold depth during fast retrieves, and resist rolling in heavy wind or current.

• Built for Monster Fish: Every link—from the reinforced wire connections to the thick-wire hook—is engineered to withstand violent strikes and violent figure-eight turns at boatside.
