Freshwater Tackle "Easy On" Slip Bobber

Experience hassle-free depth control with the Freshwater Tackle "Easy On" Slip Bobber. Proudly made in the U.S.A., these bobbers are designed for anglers who want to switch depths or rigs instantly without ever reaching for their line cutters.

This classic design utilizes a unique slot system that allows the bobber to be added or removed while your hook is already tied on. Whether you are hunting for panfish or setting up a sensitive live-bait rig, these high-visibility floats are a must-have for your terminal tackle collection.

Available Sizes

We stock the most popular sizes for finesse freshwater fishing:

  • 3/4" – Perfect for ultra-light presentations and sensitive bites.

  • 7/8" – Great for slightly larger baits or when you need a bit more casting weight.

Instructions for Use (Twist-to-Lock)

Rigging your "Easy On" bobber is quick and requires no line cutting:

  1. Align: Rotate the top and bottom sections of the bobber to align the vertical slots.

  2. Insert: Place your fishing line into the center of the aligned slots.

  3. Lock: Twist the top half of the bobber $180^{\circ}$ (a half turn). This locks the line inside the center tube while allowing it to slide freely.

  4. Optional Cap: To keep the bobber sitting perfectly upright or to prevent sticking, place the optional cap $180^{\circ}$ off from the slot once the bobber is on the line.

Pro Tip: The "Stay-Vertical" Trick

To ensure your bobber stands perfectly straight even in slight wind or current, always use the included yellow cap. By placing the cap on the stem opposite of the slot entry, you create a balanced center of gravity. This keeps your line running smoothly through the center of the float, ensuring that even the most cautious fish won't feel resistance when they take the bait.
