The Phantom HardHead is made of solid high impact plastic head and a soft rubber tail that is turned onto a heavy duty custom made spring that can be replaced or adjusted on the water without any adhesive.  The lure can be pulled or jigged and has 2 screw inserts front and rear for easy weight/balance adjustment. The lure without weight added sinks at about a foot a second.
