Illuminate Your Night Fishing: SlipLock Lighted Slip Bobbers
Take the guesswork out of low-light angling with the SlipLock Lighted Slip Bobber by Clear Blue Waters, Inc. Designed for versatility and high visibility, this premium float is a game-changer for crappie, walleye, and catfish enthusiasts who don't stop just because the sun goes down.
Crafted with a durable, high-buoyancy body and a built-in LED light stick, the SlipLock ensures you never miss a subtle strike in the dark. Its unique "SlipLock" design allows you to transition seamlessly between a fixed-position float and a sliding slip-bobber, giving you total control over your depth presentation.
Why Choose the SlipLock Bobber?
-
Dual-Functionality: Use it as a traditional slip bobber to reach deep-water honey holes or lock it in place for shallow-water action.
-
High-Intensity LED: Includes one long-lasting LED light stick that illuminates the entire top of the float.
-
American Made: Proudly manufactured in the USA for quality you can trust.
-
Two Sizes Available:*
- Medium (1/4 oz): Perfect for panfish, trout, and lighter finesse setups.
- Large: Ideal for heavier baits and targeting larger species like walleye or bass.
Rigging Instructions
Getting your SlipLock ready for the water is quick and tool-free. Follow these three simple steps as shown on the packaging:
-
Open Locks: Locate the sliding locking sleeves on the top and bottom stems of the bobber and slide them to the "open" position.
-
Drop In Line: Lay your fishing line into the groove along the center of the bobber (as shown in Fig 1).
-
Close Locks: Slide the locking sleeves back over the line to secure it (as shown in Fig 2).
Note: For slip-rigging, ensure your line passes through the center tube freely and use a bobber stop knot at your desired depth.
Pro Tip
To maximize your LED battery life, always remove the light stick from the bobber housing and store it in a cool, dry place between trips. If you're fishing in extremely clear water, try using the Medium size with a fluorocarbon leader; the smaller profile creates less "splash" on the cast and won't spook finicky fish in the moonlight.
