Z-Man TRD Finesse Skirted Jig: Next-Level Ned Rig Performance for Pressured Fish

Combine the subtle finesse of a Ned rig with the bulk, action, and attraction of a micro skirted jig with the Z-Man TRD Finesse Skirted Jig. Purpose-built to fool finicky largemouth, smallmouth, and spotted bass in high-pressure waters, this compact jig pairs seamlessly with your favorite ElaZtech soft plastics to trigger strikes when standard presentations fail.

Featuring a unique kettlebell-shaped head design, the TRD Finesse Jig glides over rocky bottoms and through light cover while keeping your bait standing straight up on the pause. Hand-tied with 100% fine silicone skirts, it delivers subtle pulsing movement and dynamic flare even when held completely still. Armed with a custom BKK needlepoint hook and a hybrid wire keeper, your trailers stay locked on through multiple violent strikes.

Pro Tip

Pro Tip: Pair the Z-Man TRD Finesse Skirted Jig with a buoyant ElaZtech trailer like the Z-Man TRD CrawZ or Finesse TRD. Because ElaZtech floats, dragging this jig along gravel bars or rocky points allows the soft plastic to stand upright off the bottom at a 45-degree angle. Pause your retrieve every few turns—the silicone skirt will open up while the trailer floats, perfectly mimicking a defensive crawfish or dying baitfish.
